The Kickin’ Chicken is looking for an energetic, self starter to manage its day to day marketing and advertising operations. The ideal candidate can thrive in a fast paced environment, juggle multiple priorities and work along side company leadership, store managers, members of the media and more.

The Marketing Team Leader will:

• Proactively manage social media channels and explore new horizons in digital marketing
• Direct the creation and submission of print and digital advertising
• Proactively contact members of the media to pitch stories and events
• Plan and execute promotions and events
• Plan for and report on activities to track results and define successes
• Enthusiastically embrace a flexible workweek that may include some evenings and weekends as events and promotions demand

The Ideal candidate will possess:

• Proven, effective social media and digital marketing skills
• Knowledge of advertising planning, budgeting and execution
• Basic design skills for posters, small ads, event collateral and more
• A desire to join a dynamic, fast paced environment that values hard work, flexibility and fun
